The hotel is situated in a lovely little square, providing a charming atmosphere. the central location allows for easy access to numerous bars and restaurants, perfect for exploring the city. the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a small but clean bathroom. the kitchen area is equipped with essential appliances like a cooker, fridge, and microwave, providing convenience.

The lack of a sitting or bar area may be disappointing for those looking for a place to unwind and socialize within the hotel premises.

It was really in an amazing location with a nice and clean room, as well. We were in a triple and it wasn't crowded in the least.

The location was excellent and I liked being able to come and go easily throughout the day because it was so accessible to everything. This, to me, was one of the best factors of this hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Refer to no in Q4. The website led me to believe that, even though I had asked for a single room, it would have kitchenette facilties, as I got the impression that ALL rooms had a kitchenette. Perhaps I didn't read the website correctly or perhaps the website didn't clearly state that the single room lacked this facility. Also, the room was very small, which would be fine for one or two nights but not very comfortable for longer stays such as mine (6 nights). Again, perhaps this was my problem in not realizing this beforehand.

It was located close to the University of Salamanca and the Cathedrals, and the Playa Mayor. All were a very short walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. There were many drawbacks, but being that close to all the action made it worth it to me, but it is a close call to recommend this one. Because of its location (once you get there) it is nice.

It was not possible to park anywhere near there, and we had no advance notice of this. You have to park outside the immediate area on a city street and walk for a good twenty minutes or so to get to it, and it is extremely hard to find. We even asked a police officer where it was and he was not sure. We eventually found it but be warned, it is a real challenge!!! And once we did find it, we had to drag our luggage from the car, all the way up ancient cobblestone streets to get it from the car to the hotel, which again was a good twenty minutes, probably longer with luggage. There were no towels in my room, so I went out in the hall and found the clean laundry room. The maids were apologetic about this. And try as I might, there was no way their internet service would let me hook up with it. The balcony had broken and chipped tiles all over. Service at the front desk was hit and miss.

Small bathroom, no place to hang anything, bad towels, not enough kitchen utensils. Noisy guests, slamming room and elevator doors in middle of night.

Location is fantasic, 50 metres from Plaza Mayor. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

wifi connection was not reliable, connection was always very weak and in one room I could never conect ot the network.

location is two minutes from Plazza Major, great for a short stay.

Rooms can be noisy both from external noise but also between rooms. Parking not very close.

The hotel overlooks a nice little plaza and is very close to plaza mayor. The room was modern and the bathroom was clean.

The receptionist was not always there, which was frustrating.

We stayed in a quad, but it had only twin beds, no full or queen size for a couple. And it was small.
